However, constantly filming property tours, market updates, and neighborhood guides can be expensive and time-consuming for busy agents. With artificial intelligence, real estate professionals can now generate realistic video content without stepping in front of a camera. Using AI avatar technology, you can create a digital real estate agent to present your properties, explain market trends, and introduce your agency. Instead of spending hours filming multiple takes, you can simply type a script and let a professional AI avatar deliver the presentation with flawless speech and engaging body language. In this article, you will learn how to create a real estate AI avatar video using Zoice by following a complete step-by-step process. ## What Are Real Estate AI Avatar Videos? This will open the login page where you can access your Zoice account. You can also choose **Sign in with Google** if your account is connected with Google. After successfully signing in, you will be redirected to the Zoice dashboard. Add the script that your AI agent will speak in the video. Choose the Voice Model from the right dropdown, and click on Add Script.
