# Terms of Service

Welcome to Zoice. By accessing or using our AI generation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Zoice's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
## 2. Eligibility
### Age Requirements
* You must be at least 18 years old to use Zoice
* Users aged 13-17 may use with parental consent
* We reserve the right to verify age at any time
### Account Requirements
* Provide accurate and complete information
* Maintain the security of your account credentials
* One account per person or entity
* Business accounts require valid business information
## 3. Account Registration

Zoice provides AI-powered generation services including:

* Voice generation (text-to-speech, voice cloning)
* AI avatar creation
* Video transcription
### Service Availability
* Services provided "as is" and "as available"
* We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
* Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
## 5. Credits and Billing
### Credit System
* Services require credits for generation
* Credits purchased never expire
* Subscription credits may have expiration terms
* Credits are non-transferable between accounts
### Pricing
* Current pricing available on our website
* Prices subject to change with notice
* Subscription changes take effect next billing cycle
* Enterprise pricing negotiated separately
### Payment
* Payment required before service delivery

* All fees are non-refundable except as stated

### Refunds

You may NOT use Zoice to:
* Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
* Create deepfakes or impersonate individuals without consent
* Violate intellectual property rights
* Harass, threaten, or harm others
* Generate spam or malicious content
* Circumvent usage limits or security measures
* Resell or redistribute our services
* Scrape or abuse our platform
* Generate content violating third-party rights
### Content Policy
* No illegal content
* No explicit sexual content involving minors
* No violence, gore, or graphic content
* No hate speech or discrimination
* No harassment or bullying
* No misinformation or fraud
* No copyright infringement
## 7. Intellectual Property
### Your Content
* You retain ownership of your input content
* You grant us license to process your content
* We do not claim ownership of your generations
* You are responsible for your content legality
### Generated Content
* You own the output you generate
* Subject to these Terms and applicable law
* Cannot be used to violate others' rights
* Commercial use permitted within Terms
### Our IP
* Zoice platform, models, and technology are our property
* You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer
* Trademarks and branding are protected
* API and documentation are licensed, not sold
### Third-Party Content
* Some models trained on licensed datasets
* Respect third-party intellectual property
* Do not generate content infringing others' rights
* We may remove infringing content
## 8. Privacy and Data

* Results not guaranteed to match prompts
* Quality varies by model and input

## 10. Limitation of Liability
### Liability Limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
* We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
* Total liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months
* Not liable for user-generated content
* Not liable for service interruptions
### Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
## 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoice, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
* Your use of our services
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your violation of third-party rights
* Your generated content
## 12. Dispute Resolution
