# Billing & Payments

> Understand Zoice's billing system, manage your subscription, and resolve payment issues.

Zoice uses a credit-based system for AI generation. This guide covers pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, and how to manage your account.

## Credit System

### How Credits Work

## Billing Cycle

### Subscription Billing

* Billed monthly on signup date
* Auto-renewal unless cancelled
* Credits added immediately upon payment

### Credit Purchases

* One-time payment
* Credits added instantly
* Requires an active subscription plan
* Credits expire 30 days after the credit package is purchased
* Receipt emailed immediately

## Managing Your Subscription

### Upgrade/Downgrade Plan

To change your current subscription plan, please [get in touch with our support team](mailto:contact@zoice.com). We will assist you with the transition and ensure any prorated adjustments are correctly applied.

### Cancel Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please [contact support](mailto:contact@zoice.com).

* Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
* Please note that unused credits will expire when the subscription ends.

## Refund Policy

### Eligible for Refund

* Service outages affecting generation
* Billing errors or duplicate charges

### Not Eligible for Refund

* Used credits
* Subscription fees after 30 days
* Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
* Promotional or bonus credits

### Request Refund

3. Response within 2 business days
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days
